Summary
This mounted specimen is currently on display in the Wild exhibition. The specimen was donated to Museums Victoria and it is not known where in Australia it was collected. Until it can be examined more closely by researchers we cannot confirm if it belongs to Chaeropus ecaudatus or the recently discovered Chaeropus yirratji.
