Summary
This model of a Leopard Sea Cucumber was made by the Museum's Preparators. A Pinhead Pearlfish can be seen protruding from the anus. Pearlfish are tropical fish found around the world, including around Australia. They all live within other animals, including bivalves, corals, and sometimes sea cucumbers, staying hidden during the day and emerging at night to feed.
