The servants' hall is one of 21 rooms in the dolls' house Pendle Hall. It was designed and decorated by Felicity Clemons over a forty year period, and each piece of furniture and fixture was handmade by her. She used books and magazines for inspiration, and to achieve a high level of accuracy in the design and execution of each item.

It is a medium sized room in the basement of the house, directly below the withdrawing room and the entrance hall. It served as a dining room for the servants of the household.

In the centre of the room is a long wooden dining table, with long wooden benches along both sides, and a wooden carver chair at either end. In either corner is a large wooden bench seat, the one of the left has a small wooden table in front of it. Another low chair sits against the left hand wall. A wooden side table sits against the right hand wall.

The walls are decorated with square light wooden panelling, above which runs long wooden shelves. On this are four blue and white vases, whilst another sits on the corner of the staircase. Five framed prints hang above the shelves.

On the long dining table are a number of items, including five egg cups, a jam jar, a bowl of flowers, a jug, a toast rack, a glass and a cheese. On the smaller table sits a cutlery set, whilst on the sideboard is a Tudor-style house china ornament.

There are three long windows on the upper back wall, all of which have a pair of green and white checked curtains. A garden view can be seen through two of the windows. In the back right corner is a spiral staircase which climbs up to the ground floor of the house, to be entered via a door in the entrance hall. At the front right is a door to the kitchen. A four armed light fitting hangs from the one of the wooden beams on the ceiling. At the back of the room is a small open fireplace, with a carved mantelpiece.
