The cellar is one of 21 rooms in the dolls' house Pendle Hall. It was designed and decorated by Felicity Clemons over a forty year period, and each piece of furniture and fixture was handmade by her. She used books and magazines for inspiration, and to achieve a high level of accuracy in the design and execution of each item.

It is a small room in the basement of the house, next to the pantry, which was used to store alcoholic beverages for the household.

Along the back wall is a set of four long wooden shelves, with a wooden lattice shaped wine rack at the bottom. On the shelves are a number of jars, jugs and wine and liquor bottles. The lattice racks contain a number of wine bottles, stacked horizontally.

Along the right hand wall are a set of irregular shaped wooden shelves, with a wooden lattice shaped wine rack at the bottom. On the shelves are a number of jars, jugs and wine and liquor bottles, including two wooden crates of wine bottles. The lattice racks contain a number of wine bottles, stacked horizontally. A long wooden ladder rests against this set of shelves.

Along the left hand wall are a light wooden table and a short wooden bench, both of which have small wooden wine barrels on them. A wooden wine barrel on a stand sits next to the bench. At the front left is a door to the pantry. The walls and floor have the appearance of stone blocks. There is a small light in the ceiling.
