This object forms part of the extensive H.V McKay Sunshine collection which includes images, film, objects, trade publications and oral histories. The Australian operations of the Sunshine Harvester Works were originally founded by Hugh V. McKay in the 1890s. The McKay collection is regarded as one of the most significant industrial heritage collections in Australia. In the 1950s, it was absorbed by Canadian firm Massey-Ferguson.
Physical Description
Square with rounded edges metal and enamel badge with white, green and black figures. Massey Ferguson logo in centre of badge, with depiction of single lawn bowl. On reverse, metal hinged pin with pin clasp.
