Summary
Curved, black fabric collar with gold ribbon stitched to obverse. It belonged to Robert McKeeman Oakley, an officer in the Victorian Artillery Garrison from 1892-1902, and in the Australian Garrison Artillery from 1901.
Physical Description
Curved, black fabric collar with gold ribbon stitched to obverse. The ribbon detailing is the same as that on the collar of Officer's Full Dress Tunic (item 1) however that collar has a red ground.
