Kodak's Adelaide branch donated the endowment of a children's cot for three years to the Children's Hospital in Adelaide in 1923. The branch staff were hoping to raise another £200 to make it a life endowment. The branch asked Alice Baker to present the cot to the hospital, while she was passing through Adelaide with her husband, Kodak Australasia Managing Director Thomas Baker, on their way to America.

Pictured at front left is Kodak Australasia Adelaide branch manager Mr H Wight. Second from right is Mrs Alice Baker, and third from right is possibly Alice's sister Eleanor Shaw.
