Ltd, agricultural implement manufacturer, importer and distributor, of Sunshine, Victoria, and its predecessors dating back to Hugh V. McKay, who developed an innovative combine harvesters design during the 1880s and founded the Sunshine Harvester Works, at Ballarat, in 1894.

Nigel Boocock is holding Union Jack flag and is sitting on the front of the tractor waving to crowd at Young Farmers Tractorthon, Perth, WA., 1971 Article in Massey Ferguson Review March 1971, "The Australian speedway team, with captain Chum Taylor seated in front position on the MF175 Tractor, parades at Claremont Showgrounds, Perth, where they defeated England in two tests. Following them were the English team (see MM118441) on an MF 165. The MF Perth retail store provided the tractors to grade the speedway track during the Tests.
