This Part of a collection of photographs, moving film, artefacts, documents and trade literature relating to Massey Ferguson (Aust.) Ltd, agricultural implement manufacturer, importer and distributor, of Sunshine, Victoria, and its predecessors dating back to Hugh V. McKay, who developed an innovative combine harvesters design during the 1880s and founded the Sunshine Harvester Works, at Ballarat, in 1894.

Chum Taylor is holding Australian flag and is sitting on the front of the tractor waving to crowd at Young Farmers Tractorthon, Perth, WA., 1971. Article in Massey Ferguson Review March 1971, "The Australian speedway team, with captain Chum Taylor seated in front position on the MF175 Tractor, parades at Claremont Showgrounds, Perth, where they defeated England in two tests. Following them were the English team (see MM118440) on an MF 165. The MF Perth retail store provided the tractors to grade the speedway track during the Tests.
