Inscription: 'JOURNEE DU PUILU / SOUS LES PRESIDENCES / D'HONNEUR / DU PRENINENT DE LA REPUBLIQUE / DES PRESIDENTS DU SENAT / ET DE LA CHAMBRE DES DEPUTES / AVEC / LE PATRONAGE / DU GOVERNEMENT / 25 DECEMBRE 1915'. Two decorative stamps either side of text read: 'REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE" and "CHAMBRE DES DEPUTES'.
