Summary

Set of three toy tea cups, constructed from natural clay and then fired. They were made by a 15 year old girl from the Lahfart village, Sidi Ifni Province, in 2008.

It is part of a group of traditional toys collected in the Anti-Atlas area of Morocco by Belgium Socio-cultural Anthropologist Jean-Pierre Rossie, during the period 2005-2011.

Physical Description

Set of three toy tea cups, each crudely formed natural clay and then fired. The sides of the teacups are of uneven thickness; they do not have handles.
