Scrapbook compiled by Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd between 1961 and 1962.

The contents include labels for Kodak safelights, filters, cameras plates and other miscellaneous products from 1960 to 1962. The label on the front cover attributes these labels to Abbotsford.The labels are organised by product type, with tabs separating each section. Many pages are empty.

This scrapbook is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment. Its client base included amateur and professional photographers, as well as specialist medical and graphic art professionals who used photography, x-ray and other imaging techniques.

Physical Description

Large green, cardboard covered binder with one screw along the spine, the lower screw is missing its back. A small label taped to the front cover contains the typed title. Glossy paper labels are glued to pages, but many clippings are loose and many pages are blank.
