A Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd staff induction booklet, issued circa 1946 to Marie McKinley (later de Camara) when she started work at the Abbotsford plant in Melbourne.
Marie worked for Kodak for 35 years in total, commencing at Abbotsford, moving to Burnley and then finishing up at Coburg. She spent the majority of her working life at Burnley in the Powder and Solution Department.
Titled 'Getting In Focus', the book outlines staff hours, facilities, and general safety guidelines, with hand drawn illustrations, including a picture of the Abbotsford plant on the front cover. These would have been standard issue to all new employees at Kodak.
