Summary
Invitation issued by the Directors of Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd to Mr Robert Turner for a 'Welcome Home Dinner to Returned Service Personnel of Abbotsford Factory', to be held at Melbourne Town Hall on 01 February 1947.
Robert was the older brother of another long-term Kodak employee, Ken Turner. Ken's son Neil Turner also later had a long career at Kodak Australasia at Coburg.
This object complements the Kodak Heritage Collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
