Summary
Black and white double sided printed A5 paper listing the daily limits for purchasing products to ease panic buying.
On the front is a statement about why they are introducing limits and on the back is a listing of the limits set out by department: Fresh Food, Butcher, Dry Food, Non Food & Baby Items, and Frozen Food.
With the introduction of the lock down, panic buying in supermarkets cleared shelves of staple products. Limits on the numbers of products were introduced to help maintain supplies, however many shelves remained bare for months afterwards until companies could prepare enough stock and the supply chain was repaired.
Around this time LaManna also introduced wider aisles, floor markings for social distancing, the numbers of customers allowed in the Store at one time, and made wearing disposable gloves mandatory for all staff and customers.
