Summary
Black and white double sided printed A5 paper updating the previous flyer and listing the new daily limits for purchasing products to ease panic buying.
On the front is a statement about the use of gloves inside the store by all staff and customers, as well as updated information about the store, and on the back is an updated listing of the limits set out by department: Fresh Food, Frozen Food, Non Food & Baby Items, Dry Food and Liquor and Alcohol.
With the introduction of the lock down, panic buying in supermarkets cleared shelves of staple products. Limits on the numbers of products were introduced to help maintain supplies, however many shelves remained bare for months afterwards until companies could prepare enough stock and the supply chain was repaired.
Around this time LaManna also introduced wider aisles, floor markings for social distancing, the numbers of customers allowed in the Store at one time, and made wearing disposable gloves mandatory for all staff and customers.
