Summary
Architectural model of the Miles House, The Esplanade, Brighton, Victoria. Designed by Chancellor and Patrick, and built in 1965.
The model was made by James Swansson (of Chancellor and Patrick) in 1989. It was donated to Museum Victoria for the exhibition 'Home Sweet Home: Changes in Victorian Domestic Architecture, 1839 - 1989'.
Physical Description
The model depicts a large and lavish house with flat roof, floor to ceiling windows, elevated living rooms, slim grey bricks, generous car parking spaces.
