Architectural model of Nichols House, Haldene Road, Eltham, Victoria, designed by Kevin Borland and Associates in 1972-73. Model of a large sprawling house of brick and timber.
The model was made in 1989 by Huan Chen (of Kevin Borland and Associates). It was donated to Museum Victoria for its exhibition 'Home Sweet Home : Changes in Victorian Domestic Architecture, 1839 - 1989'.

Model of a large sprawling house of brick and timber, built on a steeply sloping site with five different levels with small and large spaces. Model made of cork and timber. Twigs used as trees. Architect's logo on label at front.
