Summary
Badge, alternatively known as a button, sponsored by Australian trade unions espousing an equality message. Made by Patrick Brothers, Melbourne, in 1990 the message emphasises the equal role which can and should be played by women and men in the Union movement.
Physical Description
This is a round badge printed in the colours of red, orange, yellow and black. The lower third of the badge is in red/orange with black lines and semi-circles. The upper two-thirds are in yellow/black. The women's symbol is at the centre of the badge in black. It has a metal clasp on the back.
