Badge of the Amalgamated Society of Carpenters & Joiners of Australia (A.S.C & J.), 1980s. The Amalgamated Society of Carpenters & Joiners was re-registered on 17th October 1950 as an anti-communist breakaway from the Building Workers' Industrial Union.

Physical Description
Gold coloured brass, oval shaped badge. The relief image depicts 3 men working with timber and a saw. At the bottom of the badge is a rectangular box of blue enamel with the Society's initials. Horizontal pin and catch fastening on reverse.
