Badge of the Hospital Employees Federation, Shop Steward. Australia, pre 1990. Made: Swann & Hudson, circa 1980

Physical Description

Round brass badge with metallic leaf pattern around border, and rectangular bar attached to the right side. Rectangular bar is blue enamel with gold-coloured lettering. Round part of badge has blue enamel looped ribbon inside border. In centre, a white enamel shield surrounded by brass, and a red enamel cross in the centre of the shield. Horizontal pin & catch attached to the reverse.
