Andrew collected these badges over a fifteen year period during which he under took much research in the field of Trade Union material culture and had extensive contact with the Trade Union movement Australia wide.
Physical Description
Oval button of gold metal and enamel with a crown set at the top with loop for suspension. Raised metal border, blue band of enamel with lettering. At the centre white enamel with horizontal lettering. On the reverse there is a lapel lug, numbers are stamped and also the manufacturer's name.
