Physical Description
Enamelled metal badge in the shape of a flag. The flag design is a yellow circle in the centre, with the upper half of the flag black and the lower half red.The design is outlined in gilt. The reverse of the badge is white metal, with a pin attached. Text is stamped on the reverse.
