Summary
This wax model is based on a specimen grown and presented to the museum by the Horticultural Society of Victoria, 1884. The model was made in the museum. The model maker was not recorded.
This variety is one of eight (Barkly, Barry, Bowen, Darling, Hotham, Latrobe, Stawell, Sutton) that were raised from seedling by Robert Whatmough, Greensborough and exhibited for the first time at the Horticultural Society in 1876.
