Summary
A 1:30 scale model donated to the Museum in 1954 by the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation along with several other models of CAC aircraft types displayed at the 1953 Jubilee of Flight exhibition at the Museum. It is painted in the basic all silver scheme used by most RAAF Winjeels in the 1950s. It represents 'A85-61' which does not relate to any known serial number used by a RAAF Winjeel.
Physical Description
Carved wood model painted silver with blue, white and red roundel on sides and wings and red, white an blue stripe flag on tail. Black two blade propeller at front and three wheels underneath.
