Summary
Model history: the model carries the markings of Werk Nummer 163107 flown by Luftwaffe unit 1/JG 400 at Brandis. It was purchased from the maker in 1970 after it had been entered in a model-making competition organised by the Science Museum as part of the Museum's centenary celebrations.
