Summary

Royal Artillery 1822 Pattern Sword, used by an officer in the Victorian Permanent Artillery, 1893.

The blade of the sword is stamped A. Bowley & Co. Melbourne. Bowley and Co. were uniform outfitters based in Melbourne; they would have had swords made for them in England.
