Savigny & Co were a London based razor and surgical instrument maker, who operated from 67 James's Street from circa 1810 to 1850.
The company was then taken over by Everill, Philp Whicker (late Savigny & Co) who stayed at this address until 1872, with further company owner / name changes.
Physical Description
Quill pen cutter with an ebony handle, it consists of a silver metal cutter for cutting and splitting the quill point and an ordinary thin metal blade for preparing the quill for insertion in the point cutter.
