Summary
Non-condensing (high-pressure) table type steam engine model. Approx 30 mm bore x 44 mm stroke. Eight straight-spoked flywheel, 147 diameter with 14 mm wide x 14 mm thick rim. Design patented by the English engineer Henry Maudsley in 1807. Model, in brass. Model made by A.E. Smith, a former Chief Mechanical Engineer with the Victorian Railways.
