Heptode (pentagrid) frequency changer (converter) designed for use in battery powered radios. Replaced by the octal equivalent 1C7G in about 1938. 2 V directly heated cathode.
Physical Description
Shouldered glass bulb with top cap and American 6 pin base. Mounted on display block with a sectioned example of another type of heptode (6A7).
