General purpose triode. Low current (60 mA) filament designed to be operated from dry batteries. 3 volt directly heated cathode. Used as class A amplifier. Dull emitter.
Physical Description
Electrodes of a valve with bulb removed. American 4 short pin (UV) base. Mounted on display block with a complete UV199 and an AWA type 33. The electrode structure has been bent over and is somewhat the worse for wear.
