Summary
A tetrode, manufactured by Philips, probably in Holland, introduced in 1932. It was used as a radio frequency amplifier.
It uses 2 Volts at 180 mA, with a directly heated cathode.
Tetrode (or screen grid tube) was used in high frequency amplification. Feed back from anode to control grid was virtually eliminated by uising a screen grid between them.
