Summary
Copper As of the Emperor Claudius, Ancient Roman Empire, struck in the period 50 AD to 54 AD (but production could have started a little later). Minted by Rome. Although the gold and silver coins of Claudius show numerical changes in TRP and IMP which can be translated to dates, the aes coinage is almost unchanged (with the exception of the addition of PP probably in 50 AD). This coin, with PP at the end of the obverse legend is therefore dated to between 50 and 54 AD.
