Summary
Orichalcum sestertius of the Emperor Hadrian struck between 134 and 138 AD, Ancient Roman Empire. Minted by Rome. This coin bears the final form of obverse of Hadrian. Based on the style of portrait and the obverse legend, its production has been placed in the period 134 to 138 AD. The coin has been cleaned, probably when in the Melbourne mInt collection which it is believed it entered shortly after the 1880 Melbourne International Exhibition.
