Summary
Orichalcum Sestertius of the Emperor Hadrian struck between 134 and 138 AD, Ancient Roman Empire. Minted by Rome. Hadrian was consul for the third and last time (COS III on the obverse this coin) in 119 AD but the appearance of COS III in the obverse legend followed by P.P. was the last form of obverse legend used for Hadrian (see RIC vol.II p. 317, 463-467). Production of this coin, based on the form of the obverse legend, was between 134 and 138 AD.
