Summary
Metal Chute, which could be attached to a tomato paste maker, used by in the making of tomato paste by Vincenzo Candela and his wife Emanuela Nigro. The Candelas made much of their own food including homemade pasta, tomato sauce, wine, sausages and they roasted their own coffee.
Physical Description
Metal chute, rounded at one end with half circular cut-outs on each side, c shaped pieces of wire follow each cut-out, the chute narrows forming a triangular shape.
