Summary
Copper As struck during the reign of the Emperor Vespasian in 74 AD, Ancient Roman Empire. Minted by Rome. The Spes reverse was struck between 73 and 78 for the As denomination. Although worn, the end of the obverse legend can be made out to be COS V CENS fixing the date of production to 74 AD.
