Other Details: This medal was struck in 1938 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of British settlement of Australia. It depicts Australia standing with the sun behind her head. At her feet kneel two men, one representing industry (with tools, city buildings and shipping) and the other representing agriculture (with sheep, fruit, silos and an aircraft).
