Original caption published in the 'Sunshine Review' Sept 1945: "Well known identities at work Reg Barclay (right) Foreman of the Reclamation Department, directs his Leading Hand, Bert Flowers, regarding the disposal of a heap of scrap iron. Reg and his famous bicycle are a familiar sight about the factory." Reg Barclay, was also Ex-Shire President of Sunshine.
