A gilt medal issued by M.R. Roberts to commemorate the America's Cup win by Australia in 1983. It was the first time an American boat had not won the prestigious Cup. The winning entry was 'Australia II', pictured on this medal and now on display in the Fremantle Maritime Museum branch of the Western Australian Museum.
