Fri was a vessel that led a flotilla during an anti-nuclear campaign in New Zealand. It started as an initiative to oppose the nuclear tests at Moruroa in French Polynesia in 1973 and in 1974 it embarked on a 3 year peace journey coordinated by Greenpeace.

Circular badge. Laminated front with white background; blue sail boat u.c. - l.c. - l.r. on a blue sea l.l - l.r; blue inscription u.l. u.r. that goes around top 1/3 circumfirence. Silver colored metal back with wire pin and loop.
