Physical Description
Circular badge. Laminated front is white with brown speckles. Nuclear symbol (0.4 cm. circle surrounded by three identical equidistant circular sections), in black outline, covers front to within 0.4 cm. of edge. Overlaying this symbol is a black inscription. A red irregular shape with black outline overlays the top two sections of the nuclear symbol. Back is silver with horizontal wire pin and loop.
