Summary
Round badge with the slogan 'Solar Employs, Nuclear Destroys' made by Donnelly Colt Buttons, circa 1960s-1980s. This is one of a series of badges and peace movement posters acquired by the museum following the exhibition 'Peace: an Exhibition' which explored the Peace movement and was part of the Victorian Government contribution to International Year of Peace in 1986. The badges explore the peace movement, nuclear disarmament and Hiroshima.
Physical Description
Circular badge, design is split in half. Upper is yellow with red text, lower is green with white text. Red text on yellow background around the edge of the badge.
