'No More Hiroshimas' was a popular slogan of the pacifist movement following the events of 1945. The initiative to have the 6th of August as a day to commemorate the events came from Hiroshima, but by 1949 it was adopted worldwide. In the centre of the badge the logo of the Committee for Nuclear Disarmament is printed in red, logo which later became the international peace symbol.
