Physical Description
Circular brass badge with light blue enamel background. Gold wreath in centre frames a golden eagle flying over a map of New South Wales, on a dark blue background. A red cross in a white circle tops the map. The golden wreath has a red crown at the top. Beneath the wreath is a dark blue scroll with text. Gold loop at top. Reverse is plain metal with maker's name in raised letters inside a box.
