Physical Description
Circular brass and enamel badge with additional band at bottom, pin and clip on the reverse. Thin border of gold, band of blue enamel with raised gold lettering, gold border, band at bottom, gold border, blue enamel, raised gold lettering. At the centre artist's palette with red, yellow and blue paints shown in enamel, palette white enamel, brushes gold with black enamel, the centre area is filled in with black enamel. Manufacturer's name is in raised lettering on the reverse.
