Summary
Dried sterilised tubercule bacculi (TB organisms). Made by Commonwealth Serum Laboratories (CSL) Limited, Parkville, Victoria, c1938. CSL carried out much work on the chemistry of TB (tuberculosis) cell constituents during the 30s-50s. Dried organisms were the starting material of the investigations.
