'When you've seen one nuclear war you've seen them' is a famous slogan of the anti-nuclear campaign in the eighties. The Biteback Dictionary of Humorous Political Quotations credits the phrase as having come from a t-shirt in London in 1986. This just shows how wide-spread the saying was, and how it emerged from the heart of activism as a phrase belonging to no-one in particular. This particular badge was made buy the SWP, or the Socialist Worker's Party, a British organisation founded in 1950 that existed under various names throughout its activity. They put on various anti-nuclear campaigns as well, especially during the 1980s.
