Belonged to Flight Lieutenant Graham Stewart Conning. Conning enlisted in the RAAF in January, 1942. He was born in Richmond Victoria in 1919 and was living in Coburg before enlisting. Conning became a Lieutenant and was discharged from service in October 1945.

Yellow silk hat, conical to follow shape of head, with white straps for tying.
