Summary
Members of the Field Naturalists Club of Victoria landing at Isabella, an offshore island of Flinders Island during the Club's scientific expedition to the Furneaux Group in November 1893. This is one of sixty-nine black and white and sepia toned photographs in a bound album [six of which are loose] taken during the expedition. The album also includes a map of the Kent Group of islands in the inside front cover and numerous contemporary newspaper clippings relating to the expedition.

Four men are disembarking a sailing boat. On the foreshore are the huge granite boulders characteristic of the island.
